Tabouli is one of my favorite all time recipes, passed down from generation to generation on my dad's side, people that try it are always asking me what my secret is to my awesome tabouli. It's actually really easy and only about four ingredients and lemons, olive oil, salt and pepper. It's really important to use really good extra virgin olive oil for the best possible dressing.
Ingredients:
2 bunches parsley
1 bunch green onions
1 cups medium grain bulger
1 pound tomatoes
2-4 lemons for juicing for the dressing
equal amount extra virgin olive oil as lemon juice
salt and pepper

Soak bulger in double the water for about 30 minutes. |

Blend thoroughly cleaned and dried parsley with a food processor or a hand blender. |

Chop finely one bunch green onions and tomatoes to taste. |
|
Place the bulger in the middle of the cloth. |

Squeeze water out. |

Mix half lemon juice, half extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. |
|
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy! |
